It has been an absolute pleasure seeing this suite grow over several years, starting with making the engagement ring for this lovely couple. The platinum engagement ring was commissioned to be set with these two exquisite brilliant-cut diamonds, symbolising the start of their journey together. 

When it came to discussing designs for their wedding rings, I suggested using the platinum curve from her engagement ring in the center of his wedding band to tie the pieces together as a set. The design of the bride’s wedding ring is usually dictated to some degree by the engagement ring, and in this case we decided that a fitted wedding band would be most complimentary.

I was later contacted by the groom with the fantastic news that they were expecting their first child. He very much wanted to commission a necklace as a surprise for the soon-to-be new mother and if possible use three diamonds within the design to represent them all. When I started working on the design, the curve from the engagement ring immediately sprang to mind as a continuation of the sentiment behind the engagement ring. 

With more happy news that three were soon to be four, the commission of the earrings completed the suite.
