SHIPPING

  • If you live locally to Kent (or further if you are willing to travel), we strongly suggest coming in to our workshop to collect your piece in person- free tea and coffee included!

  • If that is not a viable option for you, we offer complimentary, fully-insured shipping to addresses within the UK.

  • If international shipping is required, we will be in contact to discuss the most secure method of getting your piece to you.

PAYMENTS

  • We are completely transparent with our clients about the cost of each element of their piece, making sure to discuss which options are available and best suited for the decided budget. 
 
  • The initial consultation for commissions at our workshop is free, so there is no obligation to proceed with the piece if you happen to change your mind. A small deposit is taken once the design has been decided upon and you have given us the go-ahead, then you will be sent an invoice with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion.
 
  • Existing pieces from our SHOP are to be paid in full upfront; however, it is important to note that everything in our shop is made to order, so there will still be a small wait before your piece is available.
 
  • We take all forms of payment (cash, direct bank transfer, PayPal, etc) – whichever is most convenient for you!

RETURNS

  • We understand that buying a piece of jewellery is a big investment, and our top priority is that you are not only satisfied, but fully in love with your piece. Therefore if it is not exactly as you had imagined, please do not be afraid to say so, and we will see what we can do.

  • We do not issue refunds or accept returns on any of our items once they have been purchased; however, we are more than happy to have another consultation with you in order to find out how to alter the design until you are completely satisfied with it.
